Please ensure you carefully read our Terms and Conditions.


You must be at least 18 years of age to buy products through this Website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age and that the information you provide is correct and complete.


Once you submit an order, you cannot cancel it. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, at our discretion. We will inform you by email once we receive your order, as well as notify you once it has been dispatched for delivery. Please place your bulk order (an order of 15 items and/or more) directly with our production team, who will send you a quotation, including the delivery fee.

Our products

We do our best to ensure that the items displayed on this Website are accurate. However, we cannot ensure that there won’t be any errors in our descriptions, colours and prices. If there is an error in the price of the product you ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.

Special offers

We may terminate any special offer without advanced notice. If terminated, the special offer will apply for products you ordered before it was terminated.


All prices include VAT and are subject to change without notice. Delivery costs are included for orders above R1,000.00. A R120.00 delivery fee will be charged for orders less than R1,000.00. Please place your bulk order (an order of 20 items and/or more) directly with our production team, who will send you a quotation, including the delivery fee.


The full payment for your order will be deducted from your credit card once the order has been completed. Delivery will commence once payments has been processed and/or validated. We do accept EFT payments. We do not accept cheques as a method of payment.

We may not accept your order if:

  1. The selected item is out of stock;
  2. We notice an error on the product or price;
  3. Your credit/debit card is due to expire within 28 days of the date of your purchase;
  4. We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.

DuckoDown reserves the right to reject any order at any time and at our sole discretion.

We will contact you if by any reason we are unable to process your order.


We currently only deliver in South Africa. We use all reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within five (5)working days of the purchase date, subject to credit clearance and address verification.You should receive your order within five (5) business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.

Ducko Down is not liable for any loss or damage that may result from late delivery or non-delivery. Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel your order.

We will do everything in our power to ensure that your order is delivered at the place and to the person of your choice, in perfect condition and within the shortest possible time.

You can track your order by using the tracking number in your confirmation email.

Events out of our control

We will not be held liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in our obligations due to events out of our control. These include, but are not limited to, strikes, war and severe weather conditions.
